1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete for timely delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or festivals.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) may incur an additional ₹30 fee, where available.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID.
- You can track your order status via the courier partner’s website or the tracking link provided.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery will be attempted.
- If undelivered after multiple attempts, the product may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged Packages
- If your package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our support team immediately.
